I’m a Holistic Life Coach living my dream life with conscious and connected relationships, living a life of purpose embracing my creativity and coaching talents, living by the beach.

Over 15 years ago my life took an unexpected turn, when in my early twenties both my Mum and Dad passed away within a short span of each other.

Navigating intense grief, it rocked my world and I couldn't be who I was. I questioned the way I’d been living in the world and who this new version of me was becoming.

I discovered the need and deep craving for a more holistic, purposeful, soul-led approach to life.

While holding the vision of living a long life, I want to make sure I'm never holding back on my dreams - waiting for a retirement that might never come or for “the one”.
